HOW TO USE
7 days’ Detox:
- Use 1 detox per night
- Mix 1 part in a small quantity of pap, Greek yogurt or custard (Oatmeal can also be used) for 7 days every evening.
* Not to be taken as a drink
The first 4 days are fruits and vegetable days (with the exception of Bananas) with lots of water. Then day 5- 7 you can take vegetables and lean proteins.
